Enquiries and project discussions
When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project address and the message you provide. We use these details to respond, discuss your requirements and prepare a quotation. The form sends your details to our business email inbox; it does not add you to a marketing mailing list.
Where you ask us to discuss or quote for work, we use your information to take steps at your request before entering a contract. We also use limited technical information for our legitimate interests in protecting the website and preventing abusive submissions.
Website hosting and security
IONOS provides our website hosting and email services and processes information needed to deliver these services. Website requests may be recorded in hosting security logs. The enquiry service uses a necessary session cookie to protect submissions, a hidden spam-check field and a short-lived submission limit based on your network address. The submission limit does not store the contents of your message.
This version of the website has no advertising trackers, embedded social feeds or optional analytics scripts added by BEM. Social icons link to Facebook and Instagram; when you visit those services, their own privacy and cookie policies apply.
Keeping your information
We retain enquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond, prepare or follow up a quotation and manage any resulting project. We review whether information remains needed, taking account of the status of the enquiry or project, relevant record-keeping obligations and the need to resolve disputes. The website's short-lived spam-control records are separate from your enquiry correspondence.
Your rights and questions
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to or correction of your information, ask for its deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request a portable copy where that right applies.
